Ship 185 is proud to announce the Quartermaster Rank Ceremony for Clastel Patrick. Quartermaster Rank is the equivalent of the Eagle Scout Rank but is strictly for Sea Scouts. Only about .02% of Sea Scouts earn the Quartermaster Rank, equating to about 30-ish Quartermasters nationally per annum.
